I bought a pair from a store for $60 plus tax and this set is just as nice and even longer than the other pair, I went back to that store to buy another set for a gift and they were out so I reluctantly bought this pair that looked like that other set thinking it'll be lighter in weight and not as good, but when I opened it, wow it's even nicer than the pricier set. I'm going to add a photo of the 2 sets and this one is the one that's longer, it's just as heavy and durable. Very happy with it and only paid $16.99 plus tax, such a bargain.

Once she tried though she commented that no need to adjust because it's perfect, whew! They are also classic design so go with any occasion for the dining table!

    I bought these cuz they looked really cool and I thought they would be easy to use. First of all you cant fill it to much because the peppercorns get jammed and no matter how much you shake it or tilt it to the side the peppercorns get stuck. Its very frustrating constantly trying to get it unstuck. You will also wear your thumb out pressing it and only a little comes out. I ended up throwing them out. They are made well and very sturdy, they are very cool and look like a piece of art, just to difficult to use.

I would certainly buy them again and I don’t mind the way they are used, but some people might find it difficult to use the grinding mechanism/feature. You basically have to hit it quite hard at the top several times with your hand to grind the salt or pepper onto the food. The ease of use is not ideal, but I think it is just part of the design and if you like the way they look I think they’re great, so long as you don’t mind working a little extra hard to get the salt or pepper out.
