These are beautiful dark pink himalayan salt slabs for grilling and cooking. Each Cooking stone is slightly unique in its cuts and design. Smooth surface makes it easy to use as a serving tray for a stunning presentation while adding a lightly salted flavor to your foods. You can chill the block in the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving to keep cold foods chilled longer while being displayed. If you choose to cook or grill on your salt plate you will want to used the metal tray that is included to prolong the life of the salt block. Over time the Himalayan Salt blocks wear and may crack. You can continue to use them and the frame will support the salt plank. Large 12” x 8” x 1.5″ size. To Grill or Sear you will want to place your meat, fish, salmon or vegetables directly on the cooking surface, adjust heat, cook as usual. To clean you will just need to rinse and air dry.
