    The salt lamp is really unique and beautiful. Gave it 4 stars because there were a few pieces of moldy salt rocks which I threw out, and the design on the front of the lamp is very faint. Other than that, the lamp is quite beautiful and there were enough pieces of salt to fill the basket. The basket is fantastic and the way they put the bulb protector in the basket is definitely a plus. The salt rocks are top quality, and the basket is larger than expected, which is a plus.

    This is a different salt lamp. You have to partially assemble it. Remove all the salt chunks, since it's not a solid piece like most salt lamps. Install the wiring and lightbulb into the base and put all the salt back into the fixture. It's pretty nice when it's on though. I love the base as it's kind of rustic looking with a wicked glow. And if you need salt for cooking, it's already in chunks! I'm kidding but I don't see why not. Quality of the base is surprisingly study because I accidentally dropped it with the salt in it and it didn't break.

    Came with the interior box damaged like it didn't fully fit (exterior box was fine, no evidence of rough handling), top plastic wrap was broken, and there were two shattered bulbs. Lamp looks nice, but it's frustrating that it came with the shattered bulbs.
